Mr. Parkhurst began his career with the City of Pinehurst as Municipal Court Judge on July 8, 2008. He served as Interim City Administrator from March 15, 2011 through June 14, 2011, at which time he was appointed as City Administrator.
City Secretary Debbie Cormier Ms. Cormier was hired as City Secretary on October 15, 2007.
